Our clinic is part of a network of more than 77 community legal clinics throughout the province of Ontario. It is a charitable organization administered by a volunteer board of directors elected by its members. It is funded by Legal Aid Ontario. Since 1984, the Clinique juridique has been providing free legal and paralegal services to the residents of the United Counties of Prescott-Russell as follows: - Confidential legal advice, usually provided by telephone;
- Representation before courts and tribunals. To obtain representation services, clients must meet our financial eligibility criteria;
- Law reform and community development;
- Presentations and information sessions related to our areas of practice.
